Welcome to my website and nice to meet you. I am just going to tell you a little bit about me and why I might be the counsellor for you.
I have always been interested in people, which is why I studied Social Anthropology. That led me to travel and teach English, so if English isn’t your first language there is no need to worry as I am used to working with people from all over the world and adjusting my language to fit your needs.

After returning to the UK, I started the long journey of training in counselling and am now a fully qualified integrative therapist. This means that I have studied a variety of theories and approaches, which provide me with a wide range of tools that I can access to work with each individual’s needs. I am presently doing a diploma in Supervision so that I can support other counsellors in their work too.
I am now settled in Brighton and have been working as a therapist since 2013. Most of my work is at Survivor’s Network with women who have suffered sexual abuse. Through this work, I have chosen to specialise in trauma and body psychotherapy. I have a small private practice offering counselling and supervision. I am fully insured and a registered member of BACP.
Ultimately, effective therapy is rooted in relationship, so if you feel that we will work well together please do get in touch.
